Safer Latinos in collaboration with Catholic Communities is sponsoring a family barbeque. The event will have free food, children’s activities, and live entertainment.

August 4, 2009 – Tuesday 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm
National Night Out Takoma Park/Langley Park Crossroads (intersection of New Hampshire Blvd and University Blvd)
Safer Latinos in collaboration with C-SAFE, the various local police jurisdictions, other governmental and non-profit organizations is sponsoring National Night Out. This event is a way to bridge the gap between the community and the police. It also serves to inform the community on the various services available. The event will have free food, children’s activities, raffles, giveaways, and will be musically hosted by Viva 900 and MC’d by Jairo El Caleño.
